Scope of application
For all deliveries of the winery Sandrine Heimig to consumers, these General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose that can predominantly be attributed neither to his commercial nor to his independent professional activity.

 


Contractual partner
The contract of sale is concluded with Weingut Sandrine Heimig, Klosterstrasse 13, 97236 Randersacker.

 


Conclusion of contract
The presentation of the products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but only an invitation to order.
By clicking the button [Buy] you place a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. Your purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending you an order confirmation by e-mail immediately after receiving your order.


Warranty, revocation and return guarantee
Externally visible damage must be immediately indicated on the waybill to the delivery person. Transport damages we ask to claim at the respective transport company. In case of breakage or robbery, we request immediate information on the basis of the receipted delivery note to the winery Sandrine Heimig.

 


Prices and shipping costs
The prices listed on the product pages include the statutory value added tax and other price components.
In addition to the stated prices, we charge a flat rate of 7.00 euros per order for delivery within Germany. The shipping costs will be clearly indicated on the product pages, in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

 


Delivery
Delivery is within Germany, Austria, Italy and France.
The delivery time is up to 3 days. We point out possible deviating delivery times on the respective product page.

 


Payment
Payment can be made either by PayPal, cash in advance or cash on collection.
If you choose payment in advance, we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.

 


Retention of title
Until full payment, the goods remain our property.
